Therapy

As your therapist I aim to support you in exploring your difficulties and developing an insight, from which you can begin make sense of and address your problems.

One of the most important factors in therapy is to feel comfortable and contained within the relationship with your therapist. I aim to offer clients a safe and empathic space free from judgment, within which they are able to explore themselves and address any difficulties at their own pace.

Therapy can provide you with a space to reflect and explore, even if you don’t quite know what it is you want to focus on. Some clients arrive with a clear idea of what they want to work on or address in themselves, and others don’t; my job would be to support and guide you through the process.

I work with adults experiencing all kinds of mental health problems such as stress, anxiety, depression, panic, phobias, OCD, trauma, as well as difficulties related to sex, gender and sexuality and many more. I also work with clients who want to explore and focus on relationships and interpersonal patterns.
